We're seeking a dynamic Senior FP&A analyst to support the strong growth of the group globally. Based in New York and reporting to the CreativeDrive Group FP&A Director and Group CFO, this position will first structure then manage the Financial Planning and Accounting function of the company.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will report directly to the Chief Talent Officer and is responsible for sourcing, pipelining and hiring best-in-industry talent to further the bench strength of CreativeDrive’s team of creators, makers and doers. The position also partners with leadership to understand business/departmental needs and develop talent acquisition strategies that align.
Focusing on collaboration, credibility and experiential interactions with candidates, company leadership and contacts throughout the industry, this position is responsible for bringing both a practical and creative approach to managing the full cycle talent acquisition process and continuing the growth of diverse skill sets across CreativeDrive.
The Software Engineer is responsible for working on full stack web applications.
The Photo Operator position is an on set camera operator role. This position is expected to understand and learn the basic principles of studio photography including: camera operation, lighting, styling and production workflow. This position will be part of a larger team within the client’s studio space and must represent CreativeDrive with professionalism.
The Stylist is responsible for the reception, merchandise coordination and administrative duties as well as providing superior styling for all photography, both on and off figure, as well as props, on-form and lay downs. Additional responsibilities include prepping merchandise, collaborating with Producer and Photographers, working closely with a variety of client representatives to achieve razor sharp, brand focused imagery.
The Technical Account Manager will act as the client liaison for expert assistance on systems and associated photography workflow. This person will oversee the services provided to CreativeDrive clients at our Los Angeles, CA photography studio.
The Proofreader will be responsible for quality control, proofreading and copy editing of copy/content in the production stage. This person interacts with multiple team members on materials in production to ensure the quality of agency work including, but not limited to: collateral and advertising materials, internal materials and other emerging platforms. The proofreader must be reliable, committed and enthusiastic with an eye for details and a strong awareness of the brands. This person should be a go getter and have a real appetite for learning.
This is a position to support the Managing Producers leading our Post-Production and Localisation department, in the planning, trafficking and use of resource in the business, shaping the optimal resource delivery model to best meet our international clients’ needs in the delivery of TV, online, print and digital content.
With the guidance of the Managing Producers you will use technologies and data to inform and ensure that resource load is optimally balanced across both our creative services as well as project management functions. Decisions made will be informed and commercially sound, working alongside finance to ensure resource costs are forecasted and planned.
You will support the team to accurately schedule and plan projects across the business, ensuring staff are working to their full potential on projects suited to their style of working.
You will be responsible for supporting the COO and finance departments, working with the Managing Producers and account management teams to draw out meaningful forecasts of future workloads, to inform future resource requirements.
The right candidate will have a lot of responsibility, autonomy and exposure to our account management and project management teams, forming a pivotal supporting role within our organization. This person will be highly organised, able to juggle multiple jobs and last-minute requests. We demand a very high level of performance, skill and intelligence from our team members.
Terms of Employment:
- Standard working hours are 9:00am – 17:30pm, including a one-hour lunch break.
- Regular place of work will be 23 Englefield Road, London, N1 4JX with international travel if required.

The Account Manager serves as the day-to-day support for the Client & their Suppliers and is responsible for client satisfaction, ensuring quality service, on time and on budget for a high-volume/high-throughput studio. The Account Manager will manage communication between the client and CreativeDrive internal team. Internal communication will be with team members in both China and the United States, requiring after hours availability to accommodate for the time change. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing development of materials with internal team members along with setting up both sides for success by keeping cross-functional team members informed of all client needs and feedback to create flawless project execution.
