We are seeking an Accounts Assistant, who be responsible for the AR reporting and postings for the UK and French entities, containing 7 departmental P&L’s. This role will report into the Financial Director, and work alongside the Management Accountant, to ensure that all projects are billed and reported in an accurate and timely manner. This role will also act as cover and support for the AP Clerk (based in South Africa) who oversees AP postings for all legal entites (UK, SA, France, Australia). This role will partner heavily with our creative producer teams to ensure that the running of client projects is adhered to process. We are looking for a candidate that demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit, a proactive attitude and a drive to learn and develop.
Terms of Employment:
- Standard working hours are from 9:00am to 17:30pm, including a one hour lunch break or breaks totalling one hour but as a salaried position we expect employees to work the hours to deliver in the role, managing their own time accordingly.
- You will be entitled to 25 working days as holiday leave (plus public holidays), to be booked in and approved in advance.
