The Associate Creative Director works with the Creative Director to oversee the Photo creative direction, vision, planning and execution of primarily lifestyle photography projects in coordination with executive stakeholders. You will ideate creative concepts, articulate those concepts, identify and outline the deliverable needs to support campaigns, and identify and retain all necessary talent to bring productions/content to life.  You’ll work on set to oversee creative on shoots, and work closely with post/retouch to ensure the vision comes to life, as well as providing graphic design support where needed.


  • Concept big ideas as well as concepting within a brand's global brand guidelines.
  • Spearhead, when necessary, the strategic direction, narrative evolution and point of view for photography.
  • Experience in static to video creation and production.
  • Oversee all photographic- and related-talent hires in conjunction with creative leads.
  • Responsible for oversight of post-production retouching and final image delivery specifications.
  • Manage cross functional creative projects and partner with production team as part of a complete project and solutions team that meet client and internal team deadlines, budgets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client strategies, expectations and brand voice, as well as the needs, motivations and aspirations of a given target audience


  • Bachelor's degree in Art, Marketing or related field, plus minimum 5 years of professional creative direction experience, agency setting preferred
  • Be highly creative, imaginative, and curious about clients' products or services
  • Possess good leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively
  • Polished client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of addressing client challenges
  • Willingness to push your craft, get your hands dirty and make great things
