The Head of Creative Operations is responsible for overseeing all production operations ensuring agility and speed of action that facilitates our growth, limiting our risk and maximising our operating profits. The role combines the oversight of several key operational functions, working alongside the CEO, Client Services, Production, Facilities, Finance, HR and Ops team. It will see several business units report into it with the ultimate accountability for the performance of each in line with the strategy set by executive leadership.
This role requires strong operational knowledge of the advertising/marketing production industry and a high level of emotional intelligence that will help to form the strong relationships needed to gain the confidence and trust of our business unit leaders and wider CreativeDrive & Accenture colleagues.
