The Head of Creative Operations is responsible for overseeing all production operations ensuring agility and speed of action that facilitates our growth, limiting our risk and maximising our operating profits. The role combines the oversight of several key operational functions, working alongside the CEO, Client Services, Production, Facilities, Finance, HR and Ops team. It will see several business units report into it with the ultimate accountability for the performance of each in line with the strategy set by executive leadership.


This role requires strong operational knowledge of the advertising/marketing production industry and a high level of emotional intelligence that will help to form the strong relationships needed to gain the confidence and trust of our business unit leaders and wider CreativeDrive & Accenture colleagues.


  • Exceptional and proven operational knowledge of all major business functions and ability to manage and shape these
  • Deep understanding of the various operational and commercial models used across the production and advertising industry sector and how they can be applied/evolved to meet client and our business needs
  • Strong strategic insight and experience in working collaboratively with senior management teams and those throughout the business to realise successful outcomes against these strategic objectives
  • Empathy, collegiate thinking and an ability to take others on the journey towards success through personal development, the creation of support frameworks, process models, commercial models and (critically) the structuring and resourcing of our business.
  • Support the management of pipeline and sales activity in order to interpret and plan for the subsequent impact on operational process and structure
  • Measure & report back to the leadership team on the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes internally and externally
  • Find and plan ways to evolve and improve processes across the business
  • Act as a liaison between our company, suppliers and clients for quality assurance and issue resolution purposes.
  • Manage relationships and contractual agreements with key suppliers, partners and other related institutions
  • Provide mentorship to others around them
  • Lead the articulation, promotion and training of our values, processes, commercial and delivery methods to embed a strong understanding of these across all staff for EMEA
  • Help set organisational goals, objectives, budgets and targets.
  • Help motivate staff to meet and surpass goals
  • Support, build and roll out key initiatives to improve overall employee engagement and retention of staff
  • Oversee daily operations and make adjustments as necessary
  • Oversee and promote the working groups within our business to ensure vertical inclusion in the development of our services / ways of working and as a conduit for communication throughout the business.

  • Direct and hands on operational and management experience
