Overview

CreativeDrive, now part of Accenture Interactive, is a tech-based, global production services company offering bespoke content solutions at unprecedented speed and one of the largest studio networks in the world.  

 

We are looking for a Moving Image Producer with strong shoot production experience and a solutions focussed skillset.  We are looking for a candidate with excellent attention to detail to produce high quality branded video content and TVCs for our global clients.   We are looking for a diligent, passionate producer to deliver work at the highest creative standards. 

Responsibilities

  • Produce projects from client brief through pre production and shoot to delivery, alongside post production producers, Head of Production, client services and business affairs.
  • Deliver all projects on time and on budget to the highest creative quality
  • Running shoots with precision and managing multiple stakeholders within tight shooting schedules.
  • Budget creation, management and reconciliation with margin targets.
  • Coordinating crew bookings, camera and lighting equipment, travel and permits
  • Managing stakeholders from client brief, through budgeting pre-production, shoot and post.
  • Negotiate with third party suppliers and crew including, but not limited to directors, photographers, crew, post houses, sound houses, equipment companies and studios.
  • Keep abreast of developments in our craft and new inspirational work. Identifying new talent.
  • Be responsible for all the relevant contracts and business affairs involved in producing work including, but not limited to artists contracts, crew agreements, fees and usages, music contracts, IP agreements, location licences and permits, film permits, visa requirements (with support from Business Affairs and Head of Production)
  • Negotiation of the requisite production insurances (with support from Head of Production)
  • Solid understanding and responsibility for crew, equipment and art department needed for branded content production including all relevant union rules and regulations (APA, Bectu)
  • Responsibility for when clearances and regulatory requirements are relevant (Clearcast, ASA, CAP, BCAP)
  • Problem solve and negotiate with various stakeholders (client, internal and 3rd party suppliers) to achieve the desired outcomes, always with a focus on creating brilliant work for clients
  • Ensure that internal status sheets for all live jobs are kept up to date and that information is accurate.
  • Engaging in a positive manner with all colleagues both junior and senior.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience line producing and/or agency producing managing budgets upwards of £400k with the ability to also mange smaller budgets
  • Experience working in an Advertising agency and/or Production company
  • Strong short-form experience
  • Problem solving, negotiation and the ability to express and articulate complex information in a straight forward way.
  • Strong commercial and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of shoot production, agency production, post-production, sound design, VO recording, music negotiation.
  • Technically confident with common TV & digital moving image formats and technical specifications
  • Awareness of post-production applications, i.e. Avid, Premier, After Effects, 3DS Max, Nuke etc.
  • Strong TV admin understanding – Usage rights; media schedule fulfillment, play-out process etc.
  • Regulatory clearance process
  • Experience of working in the broadcast advertising environment and therefore knowledgeable on advertising standards & regulations.
  • Excellent Business IT skills including; Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
