CreativeDrive is searching for an Account Supervisor to serve as a liaison between CreativeDrive and key client stakeholders involved with the studio. This role is responsible for ensuring high-level client service, connectivity with studio and successful program delivery. The Account Supervisor will provide excellent program management to maintain program transparency and identify solutions to create new and repeat business opportunities. The role reports to the client Account Director, providing regular input on account strategy, studio planning and all project based activity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or attend weekly status meetings (external/internal) guiding all reporting to provide high level and specific project based updates to a range of key stakeholders and internal CreativeDrive team members
  • Onboard and provide continued client support for new program operations including introduction to proprietary digital platforms and efficient ways of integrating technology into established client-based legacy workflows
  • Manage and maintain an extensive reference library for the China studio and client including but not limited to SOP (client process, studio operating procedures), project/event based resources and weekly reporting cadence
  • Serve as point of contact for the Client & Supplier contacts
  • Create and present/pitch customizable sales collateral for program outreach to national and private brand suppliers highlighting the benefits of the studio’s program to drive interest and encourage repeat partnerships
  • Identify and anticipate potential production issues, creating a collaborative and solution-based creative dialogue to quickly course correct and ensure timely project completion
  • Ensure any client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing management of any risk that may arise
  • Manage the CreativeDrive (US/SZ) team’s active project queue maintaining a continuous knowledge of project status including scope, scheduling, product tracking, asset status and mandatory delivery deadlines
  • Articulate and present all CreativeDrive services including, but not limited to Photo, 3D/CGI, Video, Copywriting, Ecommerce Services, and additional programs related to the client
  • Plan and estimate project costs finding efficiencies whenever possible
  • Lead monthly reporting for supplier project tracking monthly goals, detailed asset management and future projections.
  • Pursue and be aware of opportunities for account growth and new business, sales or other support.
  • Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Identify, monitor, and offer solutions to all risk associated to the client, projects, and/or financial health of the account.
  • Monitor all internal and external costs for assigned projects.
  • Champion internal systems for increased productivity.
  • Manage the production of new business presentations and materials as assigned

Qualifications

  • Creative Production, Marketing or Advertising agency experience a must.
  • Project Management and coordination experience is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a content production role preferably at an agency, new media company or brand content studio or publisher required.
  • Deep understanding of the content ecosystem, and how talent creates content and supports distribution.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Photography, Packaging, Design, Production and Marketing experience preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote
  • Leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, persuasive selling and demonstrated negotiation skills.
  • Ability to assist in building and implementing long term strategic account plans. Proven success in building effective business relationships.
  • Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, assertiveness, and be results oriented.
  • High level of energy and commitment.
  • Ability to successfully work in an independendt and fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for building bridges between multiple stakeholders, skill sets and cultures
