The Workfront Admin will be responsible for continuing to evolve and deploy the Workfront Project Management program at Creative Drive. They will be responsible for working with users across all global business units to help them discover the best way to use the tool.


Candidates applying for this position must be proficient in Workfront Project Management including:

  • Adding and managing all Workfront user accounts account set-up and Roles/Permission assignments.


  1. Support tool implementation and set up new projects.
  2. Triage, troubleshoot and resolve tickets with Workfront Support.
  3. Administer Workfront training sessions to multiple groups globally and new hires.
  4. Monitor system usage and performance; perform data hygiene as necessary.
  5. Conceptualize, generate and update custom work flows and forms, project templates, request queues and reports.
  6. Support our internal customers with questions, concerns and issues.
  7. Be proactive communication of changes/new implementations or any tool issues.
  8. Work directly with business units and key clients to develop and document processes related Workfront.
  9. Manage price negotiations with Workfront.



Tech Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of Workfront Administration experience.
  2. Minimum 3 years’ experience troubleshooting software errors and providing support for clients.
  3. Experience working in a graphic design, marketing, or similar industry highly preferred.

  3. Superior attention to detail and results oriented; demonstrated track record of proactively establishing and following through on commitments.
  4. Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage a project through completion.
  5. Customer service/support mindset and experience. 


  1. Bachelor’ s degree in IT, business, marketing or related field.
  2. Master’s Certificate in Project Management or PMP Certification preferred 



English: C1 or higher.
