Overview

The Sales Operations Manager will assist the sales team by managing and organizing our most precious data (leads/orders/reports), supporting our complex lead qualification process and talented lead generation team. The Sales Ops Manager will also be responsible for managing our Salesforce CRM and working as a liaison between sales and project management. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, helping to drive successful new business efforts and revenue growth through a combination of a disciplined approach, innovative thinking, and having a laser focus on all logistics surrounding the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Support RFQ/RFP/RFI preparation and serve as liaison among cross-studio internal contributors, with the ability to lead the senior leadership team through the process.
  • Develop and nurture relationships across the CreativeDrive organization to gain a broad understanding of our capabilities, key points of contact, and clients on an office-by-office basis.
  • Ability to work closely with the Sales Team to systematically assess and track the progress of the department, generating status reports and strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate on appropriate sales strategies tailored to the prospect’s category, needs, budget and time constraints.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the CreativeDrive positioning in written materials to express the business value we create for clients, in a competitively differentiated, authentic, and category-specific manner.
  • Provide analytic support to the sales team to help secure prospects.
  • Manage development of credentials presentations, proposals and final pitch documents.
  • Assist Sales team in the development of scopes of work and corresponding estimates across all of CreativeDrive services and capabilities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, account moves among competitors and personnel moves among prospect organizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree from Accredited University in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or another related field.
  • 5 years of experience directly involved in sales/business development.
  • Agency, business development or marketing procurement background preferred.
  • Experience working at a high-growth startup a plus.
  • Strong working proficiency with Keynote, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to effectively utilize CRM tools to monitor performance and effectiveness of lead generation.
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance individual workload through effective time management, prioritization, problem-solving and organizational skills.
