This role will see you fulfilling the role of a key client contact, through relationship management, taking projects from the brief though the job lifecycle and entire agency process to completion. You will be working on print, still digital artworks, moving image for out of home and depending on your aptitude and skills, in time you may also be asked to support on digital, TV, Cinema & radio projects.


This is a new position with a major new client and you will be responsible for supporting the creation of new artwork based assets, their adaptation, localisation and delivery of assets to media owners. You will need to think fast and be prepared to get on with the job at hand with minimal management. We seek smart people who we give lots of responsibility and support, but expect them to be confident in supporting projects with local clients from around the world to completion.

Client management

  • Day-to-day responsibility for client communications and project management.
  • Support of the client scope on time, on budget and to the necessary quality standards.
  • Help resolve operational challenges and issues.
  • Identify opportunities for sell-on or additional work.


Internal liaison

  • Clear communication of requirements to the studio teams, ensuring all relevant information and accurate timings are given with any supporting documents.
  • Check, QC and sign off every output from the studio.
  • Immediate escalation any issues with quality control.



  • Cost estimation and client approval / receipt of purchase orders.
  • Production of purchase orders for third party suppliers.
  • Supplier invoice approval.
  • Full job reconciliation and approval /instruction to finance teams to invoice to client.
  • Producing client status, system and asset usage reports as required.


Systems & Processes

  • Booking every job in via our online workflow tool.
  • Adhering to and implementing agency process via our various systems (HR, finance etc).
  • Using and proposing new online tools to ensure we deliver effectively and efficiently.
  • Proactively reviewing ongoing processes to refine and develop efficiencies




  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Highly numerate / literate.
  • Works well as either a member of a team or individually as required.
  • Complete understanding of marketing production workflows and the tools used.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Effective budget control.
  • The ability to think laterally and strategically.
  • Ability to contribute to presentations and presenting to client/partners.
  • Experience in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
