  • Overview

    The Sales Operations Coordinator will support the sales team by managing and organizing our most precious data (leads/orders/reports), overseeing our complex lead qualification process and talented lead generation team. The Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for managing our Salesforce CRM and working as a liaison between sales and project management. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation. A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

    Responsibilities

    • Liaise between the Sales Team and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
    • Be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
    • Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
    • Oversee any supercharges and evaluating any alterations to both external and internal staff.
    • Strong working proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
    • Experience working at a high-growth startup preferred, but not required.
    • Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Provide analytic support to the sales team to help secure prospects;
    • Provide support to preparing RFQ/RFPs.

    Qualifications

    • BA from Accredited University in Business, Finance, or another related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years sales experience (software and technology a plus).
    • Agency background preferred.
    • Experience working at a high-growth startup preferred, but not required.
    • Strong working proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
    • Experience in Salesforce CRM desirable but not essential;
    • Ability to effectively utilize CRM tools to monitor performance and effectiveness of lead generation.
    • Demonstrated effectiveness in new business development strategies and lead qualification.
    • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and balance team and individual workloads through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
    • Strong working proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
    • Experience working at a high-growth startup preferred, but not required.
