    Job Summary:


    This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who will have a lot of responsibility, autonomy and exposure to client and agency teams at all levels.  We demand a very high level of performance, skill and intelligence from our team members. This is especially the case on what is very high profile accounts for CreativeDrive EMEA. 


    We require an experienced Account Manager who has worked on international clients and brands within advertising agencies. An understanding of post-production and the localisation/adaptation of advertising is desired. As we work with many international markets, fluency in non-English languages is also preferable for all hired roles.     There will be an opportunity and expectation that over time we grow the accounts you are placed on, driving into new areas of production (such as the creation of master content) and into additional brands within our client’s group.


    As relationship owner and account lead, you will be expected to run (with support) the reporting and management of current activity and pipeline revenues, and manage the resourcing requirements across the account, in order that we can flexibly scale with the demands of the different projects and markets we will adapt for. You will work with a wider team of Producers and Project Managers whom you will coordinate to deliver the various projects we are briefed on.



    • Overseeing the status of the account(s) placed on, providing regular updates to our clients on the statuses and key milestones for projects
    • Working with clients to provide articulate clear briefs and defined ways of working to ensure smooth delivery and communication with our project managhement teams (who handle all briefs directly with our clients)
    • Providing regualar updates and reporting to internal stakeholders on the forecasts, profitability, resource requirements and general health of the account(s) being managed
    • Leading the account and working directly with the client in coordination with their other agencies or partners
    • Supporting these stakeholders in determining the scope & technical requirements for creation or adaptation of the content produced by the lead agencies or by CreativeDrive EMEA (supporting agencies in pre-prod, prod & post to ensure we can localise content effectively).
    • Develop costs against these scopes and plan programmes of work as required, or pulling together costings from project manager heads
    • Subsequently engaging with supporting producers from the teams to deliver TV, online content, print and digital content. Good level of understanding of digital localisation processes, but would not need to produce such work directly as this would be produced / project managed by specialists in this channel.


    Sector Experience & Understanding:


    • Excellent knowledge of post-production and international versioning / adaptation industry.
    • Experience working in fast paced international adaptation environments to manage projects and accounts efficiently to completion.
    • Experience of working in the broadcast environment and therefore knowledgeable on the advertising standards, regulations and clearance processes a benefit.
    • Technically confident with common digital formats.
    • A solid understanding of usage rights management; media schedule fulfillment, play-out process etc.
    • Knowledge of delivery process & systems: i.e. Adstream, Beam, IMD, Dub-Sat etc
    • Awareness of the process to adapt and implement print, photographic assets, press, OOH still image assets, digital display assets.
    • Excellent client relationship skills.
    • Strong numeracy and literacy skills with specific ability to use Excel to create and refine cost models, analyse data and build clear reports.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to bring others together to communicate quickly, agree actions and fully complete tasks.

    • Min 4-5 years’ experience in the advertising industry with exposure to adaptation/localisation across multiple channels (specifically digital)
    • Good industry references from a range of clients / colleagues / suppliers.
