  • Overview

    The Senior Creative Director is excellent opportunity for a dynamic creative director to mold and elevate large home good brands. The Senior Creative Director role directs and maintains a high standard of excellence in the creation of multi-channel content. And in partnership with account service leadership, the Senior Creative Director would guide the brand message to meet the clients’ business needs. Relocation to Shenzhen, China is required (Position will be hired in the USA – person will eventually need to relocate to China). Home Goods Experience is required.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish and lead a creative strategy for one of our largest home good accounts.
    • Work closely with the client’s creative and business leadership teams to maintain a
      high-level of creative thinking and storytelling.
    • Supervise, motivate and inspire creative teams consisting of creative directors, art directors, designers and copywriters.
    • Work closely with the Executive Creative Director and account team leadership
      to assure that creative campaigns and design concepts meet the established
      brand strategy.
    • Manage and cultivate on-site creative team members and acquire and manage outside resources when needed during high-volume seasonal events.
    • Maintain and lead communications with other CreativeDrive offices responsible for image creation or content creation related to client deliverables.
    • Work in tandem with account service to manage client expectations, deliverables, timelines and outside resources to maintain a level of profitability for the agency.
    • Travel intermediately throughout the year to client locations and other CreativeDrive offices to build client relationship.

    Qualifications
