  • Overview

    The Talent Experience Specialist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with Talent Management in the development and execution of Talent/Human Resources programs. This position carries out a broad scope of responsibilities in functional areas including, but not limited to, talent acquisition, orientation/onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, employment law compliance and other various HR related projects.


    • Perform Talent Acquisition duties including; working with managers to determine staffing needs, maintaining accurate job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, extending employment offers, etc.
    • Facilitate/Participate in the new-hire onboarding process
    • Develop Talent Experience solutions by collecting/analyzing information and recommending courses of action.
    • Partner with the Talent Experience team and Company management to review, investigate and resolve complex employee relations concerns
    • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
    • Assist with the administration of payroll, benefits and leave programs
    • Participate in creating, implementing and delivering various Talent related training programs
    • Coordinate company activities and events
    • Maintain HRIS database and personnel files, providing backup support for payroll processing
    • Complete special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
    • Comply with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.



    • Bachelor's Degree in Psychlology, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience‚Ä®.
    • 3+ years of relevant Talent acquisition experience.
    • Knowledge in end to end recruiting process.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    •  Very strong relationship building skills and ability to interact effectively with people at all levels both verbally and in writing.
    • Unblemished employment history of maintaining strict confidentiality and the highest level of integrity & trust.
    • Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a cooperative, team-oriented disposition.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple demands and re-prioritize as needed.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Computer skills including ADP Payroll, MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Experience in a marketing, creative and technology environment preferred.
    • English level 85% or above.
