    The Creative Director/ Copywriter oversees the creative team to help develop the company’s creative product for clients. This team includes art directors, copywriters and graphic designers. The Creative Director/Copywriter also works with Client Partners to make sure the client's needs are being met and the creative goals are on strategy and on track to meet expectations.


    • Concept big ideas as well as concepting within a brand's global brand guidelines.
    • Must be able to write persuasive, original copy
    • Successfully present, sell-in and justify the thinking behind your concepts and support strategic rationale
    • Provide leadership and management to copywriters, art director team & freelancers on projects you are leading and coordinate effectively with other discipline leads to complete projects
    • Develop a deep understanding of client strategies, expectations and brand voice, as well as the needs, motivations and aspirations of a given target audience
    • Merge research insights with personal experience and instinct to generate inspirational copy
    • Collaborate with agency team members from creative and account services to produce engaging and impactful work
    • Review and approve final work product to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style
    • Adapt appropriately to competing demands and shifting priorities
    • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, innovation and advancements in the creative industry
    • Successfully manage multiple projects and competing deadlines


    • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing or related field
    • Minimum 10 years of professional copywriting experience, agency setting preferred
    • Be highly creative and imaginative, and curious about clients' products or services
    • Be skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
    • Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Possess good leadership, people and project management skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively
    • Exceptional writing and polished client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of addressing client challenges
    • Willingness to push your craft, get your hands dirty and make great things
