  • Overview

    The On-Site Account Director serves as a liaison between CreativeDrive and all Client Stakeholders involved with the Supplier Content Program. This role is the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction, ensuring high-level client service, connectivity with studios, and successful program delivery. The On-Site Account Director is expected to consistently provide excellent program management, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization. In addition, the On-Site Account Director will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities through client/stakeholder onboarding, process development, and program growth. The On-Site Account Director leads a team of one US Account Manager and one China Project Manager, requiring after hours availability to accommodate for the time change.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as point of contact for the Client & Supplier contacts
    • Attend weekly meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and internal CreativeDrive team members
    • Onboard new stakeholders for program operations
    • Process and SOP development and communication
    • Assist team with client systems support
    • Troubleshooting gaps for project completion
    • Ability to speak on/present all CreativeDrive services including, but not limited to Photo, 3D/CGI, Video, Copywriting, Ecommerce Services, and additional programs related to the client
    • Plan and estimate projects
    • Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing management of any problems that may arise.
    • Work closely with the CreativeDrive teams in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
    • Pursue and be aware of opportunities for account growth and new business, sales or other support.
    • Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
    • Identify, monitor, and offer solutions to all risk associated to the client, projects, and/or financial health of the account.
    • Monitor all internal and external costs for assigned projects.
    • Champion internal systems for increased productivity.
    • Manage the production of new business presentations and materials as assigned
    • Report to the Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.

    Qualifications

    • Creative Production, Marketing or Advertising agency experience a must.
    • Project Management and coordination experience is required.
    • 5+ years of experience in a content production role preferably at an agency, new media company or brand content studio or publisher required.
    • Deep understanding of the content ecosystem, and how talent creates content and supports distribution.
    • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
    • Photography, Packaging, Design, Production and Marketing experience preferred.
    • Cross-platform trained on Mac and PC, highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Keynote and familiar with Photoshop.
    • Leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, persuasive selling and demonstrated negotiation skills.
    • Ability to assist in building and implementing long term strategic account plans. Proven success in building effective business relationships.
    • Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, assertiveness, and be results oriented.
    • High level of energy and commitment.
    • Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced changing environment.
    • Ability to work independently.
