  • Overview

    Community Managment for one exclusive brand. The person should be in charge of manage brand’s conversation on their social media channels. Should be able to produce, schedule content and provide the necessary follow up. Must have an excelent coordination with the design departament and clients. This candidate will be in charge of live covegare brand’s events. And should be able to work on weekends.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the interaction between the brand and the fans through all social networks.
    • Give an accurate, on time and taylor-made answers to all customers questions, comments and complaints including weekends and emergencies.
    • From Monday to Friday full monitoring.
    • Satuday and Sunday 2 hour monitoring in the morning and 2 hours monitoring in the afternoon.
    • Upload content in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube channel and develop others if needed (at least 2 daily post in Facebook, Twitter and 1 in Instagram per day, and YouTube when needed.
    • Minimum posts quantity may increase in special occasions as launch of products).
    • Create relevant content for the social media and blogs identifying opportunities according to social trends and relevant topics.
    • Active participation in all the brand important activities in order to generate content in real time (photos and videos), for this the community manager should have all the equipment required to properly cover an event such as microphone and others.
    • Monitored brand’s worldwide news and other countries content (translate and publish).
    • Main responsible to achieve Social network KPIs.
    • Responsible for excellent orthography in every posts and content. This will be part of the KPIs.
    • Community manager should be part of the activities, events, BTL’s, and others where the brand’s participate to make coverage and content production for brand’s social networks.

    Qualifications

    Tech Requirements:

    -Facebook Business Manager.

    -Office Tools.

    -Keynote.

    -Smartphone and App Skills.

    -Photography and Video Skills (a plus).

    -Editing programs (a plus).

     

    Soft skills:

    -Good communication skills.

    -Copywriting skills.

    -Team player.

    -Creative.

    -Good attitude.

     

    Education:

    -Collage level on advertising, journalism, PR, audiovisual producer, photography, philology, design or marketing.

     

    Languages:

    100% Bilingual English-Spanish
