The focus of this role is in leading one key integrated creative & production focused account, where we serve as agency, production, post-prod and localisation partner all wrapped into one; and supporting on other accounts.
The core account is an exciting piece of business which is growing year on year (both our account and the business itself). You will lead activity (with support) from agency brief to completion. You will draw on the services of our delivery units – working with our strategy, creative, production, post and localisation teams to scope and manage campaigns from concept to implementation
In this role this you will own the client relationship with the central marketing team and coordinate local marketers, as the work we create centrally is adapted and re-used across Europe. You will need to use / develop your skills to support them in planning and delivering all the activity required to develop major global campaigns, coordinating all stakeholders, reporting on progress, resolving issues, leading on communications strategy and use your influencing skills to increase and evolve the core account and other accounts you work on. Our work wioth this client sees us create Master and locaklised TVCs, various online content, digital assets, artworks, a broad spectrum of photography for use in eCommerce, packaging and other branded mediums. The client team is driven and used to working at a fast pace – which we support through our agile integrated delivery model, which you should be excited by.
You will lead a small team and work alongside / within wider teams at all levels. We operate a very open structure with high levels of responsibility and autonomy given to you to deliver in the ways you deem most effective. That said, we expect the highest quality of work and standards of communication. You should have high expectations of others and them of you to deliver on time and above client expectations. You should draw on all the good things (best practice) of traditional advertiing agency account management, but apply it to this integrated and accelerated way of working.
You will be expected to show self-starter aptitude, taking on the good work done over the last 5 years we have run this account, developing new and optimal ways of working to evolve it and continue to excite the client teams.
You will be asked, with the right support and as part of the delivery team, to plan, monitor and report (to clients and internally) on timelines, financial and activity data - and specifically be fully across the high level budgets for the campaigns we create. Note this is priumarily a coordinator role, developing and summarizing cost estimates with the relevant delivery teams (strategy, creative, production, post, localisation).
We seek to drive our relationship and scope of work forward with this client with regards to the strategic direction for the brand – to be led by our Head of Strategy – and depth of communications / assets we produce. You will be expected to support and push this activity, noting and interrogating the feedback given by the client and researching the industry vertical to help form tight briefings and coordinate the required responses.
You should be comfortable managing analysing and presenting to clients across creative, commercial information and activity data.

In this way we hope you will connect readily with interntional colleagues and draw on our global business units across the group, developing new business opportunities, on-boarding new clients and running projects.
You will help trouble shoot and ensure that our teams are working in the right way, to the right SLAs / agreed timelines and have the right support, technology and structures around them to deliver the brilliant standards that we set ourselves.

As a result of the international nature of our business there will be an expectation that you will travel for productions (we do a lot of work for this client in South Africa, working with our Cape Town and Miami offices) and spend time workgin with clients at their offices in South East UK.
