    This Account Director focuses on understanding the client’s business and competitive landscape to ensure delivery of quality work that meets our clients’ business objectives, while bringing innovation to our internal teams and clients alike. 


    • Ensure overall client satisfaction and health of the business
    • Focus on client trust and broadening of stature within the clients’ organization
    • Serve as the subject matter expert by having a clear understanding of client’s business and their industry
    • Research and present competitive research to show best in class examples to include industry trends and innovation to inspire client and internal creative teams
    • Lead and provide POV to the account and creative teams with all client initiatives to ensure client strategy and objectives are met
    • Plan and estimate simple to highly complex projects and/or develop long term retainer contracts
    • Work directly with the creative and production operations teams to develop strategy and messaging that delivers high-level creative solutions to meet Client’s business objectives and goals.
    • Manage teams on multiple programs/projects simultaneously while meeting all deliverable deadlines
    • Responsible for organic account growth and retention, uncovering new opportunities for expansion of scope
    • Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies
    • Present creative executions and digital strategies to client


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
    • 8 + years of related experience as an Account Director or Account Supervisor, preferably in a retail advertising agency or marketing services firm
    • Experience leading and collaborating with content creation teams in multi-media channels including print, photography, video, social media (Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram), email marketing and online advertising.
    • A strong account management background, including experience leading small and large retail accounts and overseeing account teams (directly or project based)
    • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels of Clients and other stakeholders
    • Strong relationship building qualities
    • Experience identifying business development opportunities and translating them into actionable growth opportunities
    • Ability to gracefully manage multiple programs and/or projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Self-starter with a passionate attitude and sense of commitment to get the job done quickly, properly and with the highest quality
    • Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills
    • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office
