  • Overview

    We are rolling out our services to a new global client with whom we have been working for some time to produce individual content, now ramping up our activity to fully own production across all parts of their business and in all media channels. This includes B2B and trade marketing communications through to global consumer content advertising campaigns. As production agency of record our involvement will also reach downstream into eCommerce and include the application of technology throughout the creative and production process, through our own tools and 3rd party partners.


    We require an Account Director who has strong experience and a deep-set knowledge on B2C Brands, but with a key eye for detail in light of the highly technical nature of this Client.


    Terms of Employment:

    • Salary depending on experience.
    • Standard working hours are 9:00am – 17:30pm, including a one-hour lunch break.
    • Regular place of work will be 23 Englefield Road, London, N1 4JX with international travel if required.
    • Employee is entitled to 25 working days as holiday leave, to be booked in and approved in advance, life Insurance, pension scheme and benefits platform which offers discounts.
    • You will be expected to travel, sometimes at short notice.

    • Your core location will be London, but the client head office is in Europe.

    • Ideally available immediately.


    • Management from brief to delivery in producing the various projects across marcoms.
    • Understand and ensure application of the various commercial rate cards and all other financial elements of the business to facilitate reliable forecasting and detailed onward financial analysis.
    • Work with your key Client contacts to facilitate briefs and seek out opportunities
    • Support the Business Director and ultimately Global CSD in operational processes, ensuring that they are rolled-out, adhered to in order to deliver to the high standards required.
    • Ensure we are effectively resourced and using our supply chains most effectively to meet the needs of the business, whilst adhering to our preferences for Lean ways of working.
    • Develop strong relationships throughout the client organisation and within CreativeDrive.
    • You will be expected to manage an Account Manager as well as Account Executive and be a part of their career development mapping.



    Your experience and core skills


    • Be passionate about communications, has strong marketing skills and commercial interest. Desire to push the most creative and innovative solutions – driving the team to deliver challenging work for a challenging client.
    • Have experience of managing a strong team (regional/global).
    • Have deep experience of bringing together and motivating teams across different geographies to work effectively in a lean way.
    • Understand strategic, creative and production processes deeply and have experience of leading these processes in the past
    • Deep production process knowledge across all media channels.
    • Have strong commercial ability.
    • Know where to find, attract and manage the best talent in our industry and associated industries on order to drive the business forward.
    • Be comfortable operating at senior levels (internally and client-side) with highly developed meeting craft, negotiation and presentation skills.
