  • Overview

    The Front Office Receptionist/Coordinator supports the organization in multiple areas including but not limited to: assisting in daily operations, scheduling and coordinating meetings, facilitating lunch ordering, and office supply management. This position provides support to the entire team on a case-by-case basis.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer, screen and direct calls
    • Coordinate with suppliers and building management
    • Organize lunch orders and catering for client meetings
    • Receive mail and ship packages
    • Take inventory and order supplies for studio
    • Help with office requests, as needed
    • Assist Production team with overflow of digital sourcing, as needed

    Qualifications

    • Friendly, energetic, and have a positive attitude
    • Punctuality is a must
    • Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and be detail-oriented
    • Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
    • Must have a valid California Driver's License
