Support the Accounts team with the daily follow up of their publicity projects. (not administrative or accountant position)
Support the account excecutive by coordinating interdisciplinary teams (social media, paid media, audiovisual, creativity, design, QA, development) in order to create, execute and measure digital communication campaigns acording to what the brand needs.
Support the account executive with the comunication with the client.
Identify business opportunities and notify the accpunt excecutive.
Track the kpis and inform the account excetive when actions are needed.
Keep an updated status of the brand projects, manage resources and identify blockers to avoid delays on the deadlines.
Support the account excetuive with the billing process of the client.
Verify that all the communication efforts respond to the brand guidelines.
Student of Advertising, Public Rleations or Journalism.
Knowledge on strategy and content generation on digtal channels.
