  • Overview

    The Producer in Conjunction with the Account Manager is responsible for acting as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients with estimating, coordinating, supervising, file management and invoicing on all assigned client projects.


    • Maintain Client Contact and Relations through-out project
    • Work with the Studio Director, Creative Director of Photography and Account Manager to schedule client projects
    • Attend turn-in meetings with specified Team Members to document all project specifics
    • Create and or assist the Account Manager in creating detailed schedules and estimates, negotiate rates, specify usage rights
    • Work with the Studio Director and Creative Director with putting together the Crew for each project
    • Schedule Pre-production Meetings to provide Creative Direction for Photography, and partner with external vendors on specific project needs
    • Work with the Merchandise Department on product delivery, staging, packing and returns based on product schedule
    • Assist the assigned Merchandise Coordinator with organizing the merchandise to be shot on each set
    • Act as a liaison between the Merchandise Coordinator and the client, communicating when items are missing or with any questions (This task varies by project)
    • Develop, organize and maintain Shot Lists (varies per project)
    • Attend to client and crew needs during Pre-Production, Production and Post Production
    • Coordinate Post-Production Services between the Client, the Digital Services Department and Creative Director of Photography in the organization of Digital files and tracking Digital Images through the Post-Production stage.
    • Maintain and track accurate project expenses
    • Prepare accurate and timely invoices
    • Ability to Trouble-Shoot at any given time during the project time-line


    • 2 years college with focus on Communication or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years in project management or customer service
    • Excellent FileMaker, Photoshop, and Excel on Mac platform
    • Experience in the Photography Industry or related field
    • Experience in both Still and Fashion high-volume photography production
    • Excellent management and people skills
    • Detail oriented, organized, able to manage multiple projects
