    Our Lead Strategic Client Partner is a strategic advisor across business, marketing and communications objectives on behalf of our clients. The perfect candidate will have an impeccable grasp on the intricacies of building and nurturing strong, trusted client relationships – always keeping an eye on how to ensure PIA is an indispensable partner to our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively lead and manage clients, projects and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow, to maintain clear expectations, and to have contingency plans prepared long before we need them
    • Nurture and expand your client base and scopes of work
    • Build strong internal relationships with the creative, strategy, and production teams
    • Manage revenue and margins for your project budgets according to stated goals at project kick-off
    • Effectively manage junior client partners, helping ensure they not only contribute productively, but learn and grow in their careers as well
    • Consistently bring an enthusiastic, solution-oriented approach at each step throughout the life of a project
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
    • Possess confident and engaging written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills
    • Ability to gather and distill complex and often disjointed information into a succinct, strategically-sound and effective creative brief
    • Embody the agency’s performance-based culture and maintain a commitment to the highest standard for all agency work

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience in a client partnership / account management role within a creative agency
    • Proven success managing large clients and campaigns
    • Experience working with multiple agency partners in order to execute a client deliverable
    • Thorough understanding of best practices for project estimating and managing for profitability
    • Proven success expanding existing client business or scopes of work
    • Must have had junior team members reporting to you in your previous role
    • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
    • Desire to take on a role with tons of room for growth
