  • Overview

    The Director, Client Services reports to the President, Client Services and is responsible for the overall management of all strategic marketing, customer relationship management, contract and SOW activities, expansion opportunities and forecasting. 

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a client strategy to identify, win and close new business contracts, SOW’s and project opportunities
    • Prepare client presentations that tell a story by translating data into key insights
    • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
    • Determine organic growth areas and capitalize on opportunities
    • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
    • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
    • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
    • Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
    • Adhere to and manage to the approved budget

    Qualifications

    • 5 years of work experience in the field of client service or related with a proven track record in a managerial role
    • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
    • Awareness of the industry’s latest trends and applications
    • Ability to think strategically and to lead
    • Strong client-facing and communication skills
    • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
    • BA degree or greater in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field
    • Ability to travel regularly
