    The Talent Experience Manager is a generalist role, responsible for performing HR-related duties with an emphasis on strong experiential interactions in the workplace.  This cultural liaison works closely with the Talent Experience team in the development and execution of Talent programs, in an effort to ensure that our company vision, mission and values are embedded in the way associates interact and work. 


    The Talent Experience Manager carries out a broad scope of responsibilities in functional areas including, but not limited to, associate relations, orientation/onboarding, performance management, employment law compliance and other various HR related projects.


    • Manage the talent function for a given region, while partnering with colleagues on broad talent initiatives.  This includes associate relations, onboarding new talent, conducting exit interviews, record keeping and supporting talent acquisition initiatives.
    • Partner with regional management to provide Talent Experience solutions by collecting/analyzing information and recmmending courses of action.
    • Partner with the Talent Experience team and Company management to review, investigate and resolve complex associate relations concerns
    • Improve manager and associate performance by identifying and clarifying challenges, coaching & counseling and evaluating/implementing solutions.
    • Assist payroll and benefits associates with the administration of payroll, benefits and leave programs
    • Participate in creating, implementing and delivering various Talent related training programs
    • Coordinate company activities and events
    • Maintain HRIS database and personnel files, providing backup support for payroll processing
    • Complete special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
    • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.


    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience; Industries highly preferred – Media Production, Interactive/Digital Media, Advertising, Marketing.
    • 2+ years of relevant Human Resources/Talent Management experience
    • PHR, SHRM-CP or other relevant certifications preferred
    • Strong knowledge of Federal, State and Local employment laws and regulations, with specific experience in California labor regulations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
    • Must have over-the-top customer service experience with internal clients, executive management and talent
    • Unblemished employment history of maintaining strict confidentiality and the highest level of integrity & trust
    • Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a cooperative, team-oriented disposition
    • Proven ability to manage multiple demands and re-prioritize as needed
    • Strong work ethic with an un-wavering attention to detail
    • Possess a "think-out-of-the-box" attitude
    • Computer skills including ADP Payroll, MS office (Word, Excel, Keynote)
    • Proficiency working on a MAC computer platform
    • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun, energetic and casual environment
