    CreativeDrive is looking for a dynamic, creative and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. 


    Based in Atlanta, GA, this role recruits for both salaried and hourly, production and non-production positions across the USA. This critical role partners with the Talent Experience team as well as works with our amazing hiring managers to source, pipeline and recruit talented Creators, Makers and Doers.      


    • Responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment process; manager/stakeholder kickoff meetings, sourcing candidates, pre-screening and phone interviews, coordinating and arranging on-site interviews & extending offers.
    • Responsible for posting & closing jobs on our Career Job Boards, Social Networking Platforms and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Consistently build and nurture a diverse pipeline of “A-List” talent for future job openings; forecast recruitment
    • Will report and work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to develop results-driven recruitment strategies
    • Work in a highly collaborative environment with total commitment to candidate experience, client(hiring manager) service and integrity


    • 2-4 years of Recruitment experience; Industries highly preferred- Media Production, Interactive/Digital Media, Advertising, Marketing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Career Job Boards; iCIMS & LinkedIn is highly preferred
    • Comfortable developing relationships w/ trade/user groups schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations
    • Must have over-the-top customer service experience with internal clients, executive management and talent
    • Must have a knack for details and a natural sense of potential chemistry between candidate and client- should have a great eye for talent and be a great match-maker! 
    • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun, energetic and casual environment
