  • Overview

    Video producers manage all OneKreate video and motion graphics jobs from start to finish.  From participating and/or supervising creative development, through production and post.  


    Excellent client relationship skills required, as well as flawless written and verbal communication. Includes estimating, scriptwriting, casting, producing both in-studio and on locations, supervising all areas of post, and actualizing final production costs.


    • Maintains close communication with clients
    • Creates video production estimates and schedules
    • Participates in creative development as needed
    • Writes or supervises scripting
    • Supervises storyboard creation
    • Employee finds/books necessary production crews
    • Supervises stylists in prop & wardrobe selections
    • Manages location scouts/submissions
    • Oversees casting
    • Negotiates talent rates/usage
    • Directs talent on sets
    • Supervises all aspects of video shoots in studio or on location
    • Supervises all post-production, including researching stock footage/photos
    • Logs footage & supervises editing
    • Supervises motion graphics
    • Researches library music
    • Casts voiceover talent & directs voiceover sessions
    • Manages the delivery of all final assets to clients
    • Actualizes jobs, and creates final estimates/invoices


    • Any combination of education and training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.
    • A bachelor’s degree in telecommunication, video production and/or completion of a certificate program in television production from an accredited technical institute. 
    • 5+ years of responsible experience in a professional video editing/producing environment demonstrating competence in all areas of video production.
